Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage: Lifetime of the Structure
Bedrock Waterproofing Inc. provides this Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) on eligible waterproofing systems installed by our team. This Warranty applies to the lifetime of the structure at the property where the system was installed, regardless of ownership, subject to the terms and exclusions below.
Covered Systems
- Interior Perimeter Drainage Systems – Lifetime coverage
- Crack Injection Repairs – Lifetime coverage
- Sump Pumps & Backup Pumps – Covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty
Transferability
This Warranty is transferable one time to a new property owner, provided written notice is given to Bedrock Waterproofing Inc. within 30 days of property transfer.
Scope of Warranty
We warrant that covered systems will remain free from water seepage through the areas treated or protected by our installed system. If a covered issue occurs, we will inspect and, if warranted, repair the affected area at no cost to the homeowner.
Homeowner Responsibilities
- Maintain functional gutters, downspouts, grading, and sump pumps
- Ensure discharge lines remain unobstructed and operable
- Provide access for inspection when requested
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Acts of God (floods, natural disasters, sewer backup, ground heave, hydrostatic pressure from under-slab sources not connected to treated areas)
- Structural foundation movement, cracking, or failure
- Failure caused by negligence, alterations, or obstruction of drainage paths
- Areas not treated, waterproofed, or serviced by Bedrock Waterproofing Inc.
Right to Inspect & Remedy
Bedrock Waterproofing Inc. must be given the first opportunity to inspect and repair any claimed warranty issue. Work performed by others on the affected area without written authorization may void this Warranty.
Limitation of Liability
This Warranty is limited to repair of the covered system. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to finished walls, flooring, personal items, or mold remediation.
